‘Seventh Son’ Poster Channels Classic Uwe Boll Legendary Pictures and Universal Pictures long delayed Seventh Son is finally set for release on February 6, 2015, as we previously released. A new one-sheet premiered and it’s sort of funny because it looks like something Uwe Boll would release back in the day (like In the Name of the King). The action adventure stars Jeff Bridges, Ben Barnes, Alicia Vikander, Kit Harington, Olivia Williams, Antje Traue, Djimon Hounsou and Julianne Moore. It is based on the book “The Spook’s Apprentice” (AKA “The Last Apprentice: Revenge of the Witch”) by Joseph Delaney. Directed by Sergei Bodrov, “In a time of enchantments when legends and magic collide, the sole remaining warrior of a mystical order (Oscar winner Jeff Bridges) travels to find a prophesized hero born with incredible powers, the last Seventh Son (Ben Barnes).
