Several clients have asked me what I take personally for supplements...so I thought I would provide a quick account. 2TX (3 pills each dose, morning & 2 pm) Vitacell (2 tbs, morning) MAX EFA (Essential Fatty Acids, 2 pills each dose, morning & night) MAX JOINT RELIEF (4 Pills, morning only) MAX PRO Chocolate (1 scoop, mid morning snack) MAX Glutamine (5G, mid morning snack) Full Blown Extreme (1 scoop pre-workout) Max PRO BCAA (2 scoops while working out) MAX ARM (2 scoops post workout) MAX ZMA (3 pills nighttime) I also want to say that with the exception of MAX JOINT RELIEF, this is the stack that I have been taking for a little over a year, even before I became a franchisee and was a customer of Max Muscle Wesley Chapel.
