Several foreign dignitaries recently honored 9/11 victims at the 9/11 Memorial Museum as they arrived in the United States for the 69th session of the United Nations General Assembly. The museum also brought international flags into Foundation Hall to represent the individuals from more than 90 nations who died in the attacks. Visitors included Samantha Power, U.S. permanent representative to the U.N. and a member of President Barack Obama’s Cabinet, and India Prime Minister Narendra Modi, among others.
