Several have asked for the recipe since I posted the pic earlier for my PEACH ANGEL DESSERT, so here it is. Oh, and you can use whatever kind of fruit youd like. Canned is good, but fresh is always better :) Ingredients: One 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk One cup cold water One 4-serving size package instant vanilla pudding mix One 8 oz. containter vanilla yogurt One 16 oz. tub Cool Whip (thawed) One baked angel food cake (cubed) One 20 oz. can cherry pie filling (for the orignal recipe...I usually use extra) In a medium bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, water and pudding mix. Beat until well combined. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Fold in the yogurt and Cool Whip. In a 3-quart rectangular baking dish or casserole dish, layer half of the pudding mixture. Place all of the cubed cake atop pudding mixture. Add a layer of fruit (whatever you choose to use) then the remaining pudding mixture. Top off with additional fruit. Cover and chill thoroughly before serving. ENJOY :)
