Several kinds of training routines are out now-a-days when it comes to fitness, but the question is what is the best and most effective? I dont wanna be bias but here are some little facts I want you guys to sink in your mind. Bodybuilding training is the best. Why? A bodybuilder goes through all the stages of physique, A bodybuilder was once thin/fat then firm, then lean, then eventually reach a freaky state which is because of continuous training, supplementation, and science. Logic is weve been through all kinds of physique faster than any other kind of training programs. You enroll yourself in a gym not to be comfortable, chill around, or simply complain its exhausting, you enroll in a gym to work your ass off and deal with pain every single day you train. Dont complain about the results you dont get for the things you didnt work for. #WakeUpCall #HowHardAreYouTraining
