Several people have asked me for this, here it is , enjoy! Zucchini patty recipe: Quarter the zucchini length wise. Shred or slice on cheese grater (I shred). Set aside. Mix flour, water, egg to make your batter. I prefer a thicker consistency but not too thick. I add salt, pepper, garlic powder to my batter. Mix well. Add zucchini. Mix well again. Spoon into hot oil, let brown on both sides (approx. 4 minutes on each side , may vary). Remove from oil, place on paper towel , salt. I do the same thing with the zucchini flowers. -Nino-
