Several posts have asked what is happening with Jericho, so this is what we know right now. I got told at WonderCon, that the release of the S5 comic would be bigger than the last two. Im not allowed to go into details, but the plans described to me spelled movie. The movie was clearly hinted at in a cover of the S4 comic that came out this year (see below). I had been given verbal hints of the movie and had informed the producers I was hinting at a movie BEFORE this cover came out. Can everything still fall apart? Yes, it can and we will not get anything concrete, until the studios are ready to announce. We do know that CBS put Skeet Ulrich (Jake) under contract with a pilot that did not sell. It is now listed as a TV movie and Skeet will still be under contract for another six months (unless it was an unusual deal). We do know that Jon Turtetaub and Junction Entertainment are making movies for CBS Films. They even offered Skeet a chance to direct a movie based on a script his wife wrote. We also know that Netflix is hinting at making movies, but has not announced any movie deal. They have bought and aired documentaries and aired min-series, but no full length feature film. All of these items are snapshots in time and things might change tomorrow. Im not giving up, but your mileage may vary. Gwen
