Several things about the default threats. 1. We in fact DO PRIORITIZE OUR DEBT, and contracts to have work performed are SECONDARY to payment of liens and borrowing per standard rules of order, so those contracts WILL be cancelled and MAY NOT BE PAID in order to pay the debt. Threats to the contrary are terrorist frauds. 2. Prior U.S. Treaty law places the United States in subject to a lien superior to the national debt or fiscal borrowing, per 1988, under such law the debt may be called and all other parties must accept this waiver as PRIOR SENIOR DEBT, voiding any secondary mortgage or lien as was promised by Congress or the U.S. Treasury, and may not collect more than 25% of any funds NOT ALLOCATED TO ESSENTIAL SPENDING SUCH AS THE DEBT INTEREST, creating no risk of a default unless caused by criminal negligence of the comptroller of the United States Treasury. 3. Raising the debt ceiling will not re start the economy. An economy based on spending that is borrowed is not a REAL ECONOMY and a form of security fraud (trading paper for paper with a known negative balance sheet). The economy will survive ONLY when the artificial liens (bills and taxes for non-earned income) are SUSPENDED and penalties for those (frauds, Federal law violations) cease. Property taxes, taxes for possession of things, taxes on child birth, and demands or orders based on FRAUDULENT CLAIMS such as all those under TITLE III, IV, and V, would be examples. These claims are 90% of the reason the economy is failing - taxation to create slavery and peonage on illusory (wishful, unreal, and ficticious) income claims, to justify public police powers and abuses of human rights. 4. I hate the people lying about these things so much now that I am wiling to consider a new constitution that would BAR THEM FROM HOLDING PUBLIC OFFICE OR OWNING PROPERTY FOR SEVEN GENERATIONS, BASED ON THEIR CONTRIBUTION TO THIS FRAUD BY MERE MEMBERSHIP IN THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY. I dont see this as being something we can come back from, socially, and those persons (public educators) responsible for training these terrorists should be equally BARRED FOR LIFE from any position of education for their failure for a generation. The entire academic system is a fraud now, and only the training in medicine and engineering and chemical science (hard science) worth a damn. The fields of mental healthcare, social services, and government HAVE FAILED and should be immediately de-funded and de-regulated if not utterly BANNED FROM ALL ACADEMIC CAMPUSES as a form of political coercion upon vulnerable young people. 5. I hate religious expression and the mandatory participation or suspension of rights based on dispute with religious views. In this case, I see the Progressive party, the party alleging a right to THREATEN, STALK, TERRORIZE, NAMECALL AND DEFAME, AND ATTACK PHYSICALLY those persons who speak against their ideas, as a terrorist hate group, and their actions to ban religious activities in the military, in public assembly (academic grounds), and to demonize people who believe in any spiritual system that opposes their world view (of ignorance pantomiming science) as the growth of a tremendous cult in the United States that has to be dealt with dramatically and potentially by martial law in order to quell its activity and restore the RULE OF LAW and protection of people outside of community hate crimes and apathy toward the poor and traditional parents. The efforts by this group to marginalize FELONY CRIMES and WAR CRIMES in our Century and communities have destroyed the full faith and credit of the United States, the member states, and left us in a position to frankly re-negotiate the Union at this time rather than pay for its spending beyond its means and in long-term planning to destroy the lives and dignity of Americans and human beings systematically based on collective (Marxist) and national socialist ideologies. 6. The control of the media has become a monopoly, and an AGENCY OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT should act to arrest and break up the monopolies of media outlets to stop the present mass propaganda being created by MSNBC and CNN in ongoing attacks upon American citizens. These firms are now foreign-owned, and no longer represent the United States or its views, and pose a direct threat to the security of the Union by their abuse and fraud and failure to report information accurately including the trolling of REDDIT and other sites for media instead of actual reporting or journalism activities. 7. A national defense tax is necessary, to ensure the separate financing of these reforms. Such funds to be assigned to journalists and officers with national jurisdiction to deal with issues of entrenched local wrongdoing and planning, as a 4th branch of government charged with enforcement of THE LAW rather than protection of THE PEACE - as the purpose and application of the PEACE has become contrary the LAW.
