Severe weather advice for Southern and mountain districts of Victoria including Melbourne.... Yes - Spring isnt finished with us yet.... North to northwest winds will strengthen from the west overnight and Wednesday morning. Wind gusts between 90 and 100 km/hr will develop during the morning and persist into the afternoon across southern Victoria including Melbourne. These gusts may bring down tree branches, cause loose objects to blow around yards or off balconies, produce minor damage to property and make driving on exposed roads or bridges and in forested areas hazardous. Conditions are likely to ease during the late afternoon and evening hours as a cooler southwest change develops. Good luck out there - hope you all stay safe!
