Shadow Glen Stables is carefully seeking homes for 3 of our horses. All three are seniors (in their 20s), sound, ridable geldings with special feeding requirements, (ranging from pellets diet only to extra feed.) All three are current on worming, vaccines, shoes, and dental care. If you or someone you know is SERIOUSLY interested in one of these geldings please contact us PRIVATELY, through facebook or email contact@shadowglenstables. They all also have plenty of trail miles left in them. None of them are at risk or in need of rescuing and they will not be placed with just anyone. Please tell us what you have to offer, why you are interested in a senior horse, and what your long term plan would be for the horse. Must be willing to allow us to view the facility they will be staying in (if requested,) there will be no adoption fee, but you will be carefully and rigorously screened. If no appropriate home is found, we have retirement pasture, but these guys would like to stay on the trails because they love it!
