Shadow People, What Are They, Where Do They Come From, And Shadow People Stories.... What Are Shadow People? Your setting there in the living room watching T.V. and just over there in the kitchen you suddenly catch a movement out of the corner of your eye. Your sure you just saw something but did you. Some people will tell you that its your eyes playing tricks on you. And while this may well be the case in some instances I for one am convinced that people are really seeing something. Is it a ghost, a demon, or are there places where people or creatures from another universe slipping through. I for one believe they are spirits. And Im convinced that they are the spirits of people who have died. Over the last thirty years or so I have been studying shadow people and I have found that they are often seen where someone has passed away or near graveyards. Have You Ever Heard Of A Being Called A Raven Mocker The Cherokee Indians have reported shadow people down through out their history going back hundreds if not thousands of years and in Cherokee Folklore the Cherokee people tell of a creature called the , Raven Mocker . It was supposed to be a creature described almost exactly like shadow people. The Cherokee legend said it was the spirit of a dead Cherokee witch and it came back from the other world to prey on the living Cherokee. Shadow People Near The Cherokee Indian Reservation In North Carolina If you leave the Cherokee Reservation now and travel Highway 441 towards Bryson City you will see a large creek on the left side of the road and at one point youll see a huge mound that used to be a Cherokee Village several hundred years ago. Many people including myself have seen shadow people in the area of the ancient mound there. Most appear to be male and they are all black shadows with no facial features. Some people have made the claim that they have seen shadow people with fiery red eyes there but I have not. I have set there near the mound along the creek and watched shadow people watch me and other people and then dart away through the trees. Some just appear to jump in the air and vanish. Sightings Of Shadow People Seem To Be On The Increase The sightings of shadow people seem to be on the rise and more and more people are claiming to have seen shadow people. Shadow People are the most commonly reported paranormal phenomenon being reported in the United States. Shadow People seem to be seen more in the United States than any where else and they seem to be seen more in North Carolina, Arizona, and Wisconsin than in any other states. Chimney Rock And The Bottomless Pools And The Shadow People There For hundreds of years people in and around Chimney Rock North Carolina have told of seeing shadow people all around that area. There used to be a little area known as the Bottomless Pools and it is there where I saw shadow people as a small child. I and my Grandfather both saw them and they were dark shadowy shapes that appeared and dissipated in the forest there. One second they would be there and the next second they would be gone. You could see no features and we saw the shadow people on the ground and up in the trees. The Bottomless Pools Park is now closed and some locals will tell you it is because of the shadow people. I have heard the stories of the shadow people at the Bottomless Pools all my life but I have never saw a photo from there. I recently tried to get permission to do a paranormal investigation there but I was told no. Other people and organizations have also tried to get permission for a investigation but all have been told no. Are Shadow People Evil Or Demons I dont believe they are demons but some may be evil. Some seem to be confused and they may not even realize that they are in fact dead. They may not be as much evil as they are angry. They may be trying to talk to us and we cant hear them. If so that may be what people are thinking is evil. I have never heard a single report that a shadow person has ever harmed anyone. If you know of a single documented case of a shadow person harming anyone get in touch with me. I would like to know the story and know where it happened. Can Shadow People Harm You? I have had shadow people appear to move towards me in fast jerky movements and while it was hair raising it did me no harm. I have saw shadow people with fiery red eyes and while they looked scary as hell Im not sure they can hurt anyone. I even think there are some shadow people who are doing residual hauntings of particular locations and I dont think these type of shadow people even know we are around. And there are some people who think the shadow people around them are guardian angels but I dont believe this. I believe that all shadow people are the spirits of people who were once live human beings. Are There More Shadow People Now Than Ever Before? Are there more shadow people now than ever before? No I dont believe this either. I believe there are just more people willing to come forward and report what they have seen than in the past. I believe shadow people have always been with us. But in the past before T.V. shows about the paranormal people just didnt tell of seeing strange paranormal activity like shadow people. More Shadow People Are Seen In And Around Cemeteries I truly believe that from my years of researching shadow people that you will see shadow people around cemeteries than any where else. There are exceptions to this but there could also be ancient burials like near Cherokee North Carolina that we dont even know of today. Did You Just See A Shadow Person? No Your Not Crazy. So if you just saw a shadow person no your not crazy. You probably really did see something. Exactly what I cant tell you. But I will tell you that I dont think Shadow People are evil spirits or demons. I think shadow people are deceased spirits of people who were once living breathing humans. I will tell you that many times in my life I have saw shadow people and I have never been harmed by one.
