Shalom... Don’t let people keep you from discerning. We are not to be critical in our spirit, but we are to be merciful toward other people. There will be times when we will have to make a judgment, but if we evaluate our standard, our life and motive, it will help keep us from making critical judgments against people. If we do not make judgments, then we will not be able to help people. When we try to lovingly tell people that if they do not change their life and give it over to The Messiah, they will not see the Kingdom, don’t let them use this passage as a way to make you feel that you have no right to tell them that. Yahusha is warning us not to judge people with a critical or hypocritical spirit. “Forgive and you will be forgiven.” “We are to forgive, because Yahuah has forgiven us.” Now, let me redefine forgiveness. Forgiveness is not when someone wrongs us and we say, oh, “that never happened.” Or, “that person has never done anything to harm me or hurt me.” Forgiveness is not forgetfulness. Forgiveness is not pretending that another person is innocent when he or she may actually be guilty. Forgiveness is to not hold onto an action permanently against the other person... Now I beseech you, Breathren, by the Name of our Messiah Yahusha, that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be Perfectly joined Together in the same Mind and in the same Judgement.......1 Corinthians 1:10
