Shame on you Mercedes-Benz Australia, after only travelling 30,000kms in my Mercedes, one of my wheel bearings exploded! Luckily no one was injured. Initially Mercedes told me it must be my fault. However after getting an Assessor to inspect the wheel they confirmed it was due to a manufacturers defect. Guess what…. Mercedes didnt say sorry, lets get the other wheels checked and fix the defect as that is what you should expect from a brand associated with safety and luxury, instead they have offered to reduce their charge from $2,800 to $2,000 for a new one. Great job living up to your brand, Mercedes Benz!!
