I would like to rise up the issue about the taxi service around the Jusco Bukit Indah. The Taxi at Jusco Bukit Indah were illegal since they are parking their taxi on the bus station and it cause heavy traffic jam all the time. Besides that, parking taxi there also cause inconvenient for bus passenger who are up and down. Sometime, it cause accident by car to the passengers who are trying take the bus because the bus is not stopping near bus station where blocked by all the taxi. Moreover, ALL The taxi driver there do not run the meter system and also rule to passenger when the customers are not stratify price offer. They are willing sitting on the bus station, waiting tourist or singaporean who are willing pay more. It is so shameful to the taxi image and would affect the Malaysia ministry of the transportation. Im personally hope SPAD could look serious on this issue, since we always said, prevention is better than cure, I hope there wont have any accident happen yet. Finally, I would like send all photos and proven to SPAD authority. Please see the attachment and have a fast reaction. Since the photo have all the taxi plate number, hope SPAD can do something fast.
