Shanna Shay Minor gave me 9 so here we go 1. I transferred schools in my 10th grade year cuz I wanted to be the new girl 2. I said no to my husband 3 times before I said yes 3. Ive been married 10 years but weve been together 13, never split up. 4. I lied…we split up once…for about 12 hours 5. I got pregnant at 15 cuz I wanted to get kicked out of my house then my mom forbade me from talking to the babys father…and didnt kick me out 6. I lost my virginity and the next month I was pregnant 7. My husband almost named my son Corleone because he was in a phase where all he watched was The Godfather 8. My son Mario Jr was born 05/09/05 weighed 5 Pds, 9 oz diagnosed with leukemia in 09 when he was 4 and exactly a year later at 5 he was so critical we thought he was going to die because of the number, his 9th birthday is coming up and Im scared. 9. I believe god loves me and everything including cancer is in his plan to make us better and guide us to wherever it is we need to be.
