Shannon has now endured 3 surgeries for breast cancer, is fighting skin cancer, got a divorce after 20 years of marriage, loss of a beautiful home and much of her income, ALL in an eleven month period. And.......she still smiles! Yes, it’s been a really rough year, but our warrior princess stays pretty darn positive. Her smiles and wit are infectious, and she’s always doing for others even when she’s in pain. We raised an amazing woman and are so very proud of her. She doesn’t whine; she just gets ‘er done! My heart bursts with love and admiration. In the third pic, she’s chiding me for pics without make up. She’s so beautiful with or without the war paint.
