Coordinating with printing agencies for that matter. § Responsible for answering all clients inquiries or referring them to the person in charge if the inquiry is a technical one. § Receive incoming phone calls and direct them to related components. § Send attendance reports on a daily basis to the call center. § Manage the Emergency First Aid kit consumption for IMC staff. § Carry out other duties as assigned. The following skills and experience are required to fulfill the specific tasks: § Bachelors Degree preferably Business Administration. § Post graduate studies or Administration and Secretarial Diplomas are an asset. § Minimum three to five years of administrative progressively responsible experience. § Excellent command of English and Arabic.
