Casa Wabi FoundationThe name Casa Wabi comes from the Japanese wabi sabi, which means the art of finding beauty in imperfection, in accidents and in the depth of nature. Casa Wabi FoundationLocated some 500 miles of Mexico City, in the pacific coast of Oaxaca, just outside the city of Puerto Escondido. Casa Wabi FoundationSet between the mountains and the sea, Casa Wabi has been designed and overlooked by Japanese architect Tadao Ando. The facilities include a multi-purpose room, six studio-dorms and a sculpture garden.
