These are NOT just civilians, these are gov employees being targeted. This is the second video I have posted of ISIS using data to kill on the road or at check points. Ask yourself this, how do these folks get access to whip is in what car data? License plate? Intel from insiders? On the check point video they had laptops and were checking peoples papers?! Folks, the CIA had been funding and Arming ISIS rebels via support to Syria campaigns by the US and other NATO forces. In fact, since the cold War, the US has funded the very terrorism, trained the very terrorists we are fighting in a global war on terror. The sad truth is this, there is no war on terror, because we are the terrorists folks. These are all false flag operations, pain and simple, orchestrated by the CIA.
