Get all of my workouts here: thebettyrocker/tag/anywhere-workouts/ ☑️Use gravity to your advantage and try these moves you can do absolutely anywhere!! 1⃣ Explosive Low Jumps - really fire your glutes by dropping into a low squat and exploding up. Land softly at the top, fully extending your hips then jump or step back down. Again, land lightly, like a cat. Do your full interval on your right, then switch to your left. ➡️TO MODIFY: you can go slower, step up and down, or even take the bench out and do broad jumps 2⃣ Sumo Squat to Side Step Up with Knee Lift - its a total leg smash with emphasis on your booty and bonus on your core! Keep the knees tracking in line with your toes whether youre in the squat or stepping up. Press firmly into your heels. ➡️TO MODIFY: try this on the ground with no bench. Its going to work your same muscle groups but with less intensity which can help you build strength. 3⃣ Knee Driver Hops- this move really targets your glutes, core and calves - each time you step up balance through the heel thats down then allow your weight to shift to your toes as you drive up with the knee, creating momentum to lift yourself. Step back down with control. Do your right side for your full interval then switch. ➡️TO MODIFY- these can be done on the ground. I suggest holding the back of a chair or stand beside a wall for balance. Come into a reverse lunge, then drive the rear knee up to a standing crunch. Add the hop if you feel good!
