Shared from Kris Allfrey-Bruce Albright being taken in for questioning by the Meadows Place Police Department. Bruce Albright was taken in for questioning just a few hours after I filed the second criminal complaint. Sgt Simmons read him his rights and proceeded to interview him. As I understand from Sgt Simmons, Mr. Albright confessed to taking all four signs and was informed that the case was going to be sent to the DA for charges to be filed. Sgt Simmons stated to me that Mr. Albright could be charged with four counts of a Class B Misdemeanor Theft as the value of each sign is over $50.00. Now, it is up to John Healey to see that Justice is served in this case.
