[Sharing Productive Ramadhan] #5 HOW TO STAY FIT IN RAMADHAN Salam.its been a week since ramadhan came. Hows ur ramadhan? Mine so far was alhamdulillah.never feel better. Ok lets get straight to the point. Do you feel flaccid during fasting?Laze was conquering ur muscles to move around? You sleep like almost as long as the week could go,but still feeling tired? Gather up lads and lasses cause i believe its not sleep you are depriving of, but lost a sprinkle of body fitness. Fitness is a quality parameters.Not quantity. So trust me when i say it requires a little time to achieve fitness level according to your desire. Psst.Some also believe fitness can increase mind power. And here are some tips to prevent this utterly-nonsense fatigue and increase ur fitness. 1. Dont sleep after fajr prayer. Instead plan some activities to occupy your linger time by reciting Quran el-Kareem, dhikr,light exercise until it is 9-10 pm or 11-12pm so that u can proceed with power naps. This helped me.(and yeah still fighting not to sleep after fajr,to be quite honest) 2.Eat, drink, sleep well. I think i explained about these things earlier eh. Just dont skip sahoor even with a glass of water. 3.Walk. Brisk walking can simply replace the exersise we leave during ramadhan. Exersise as well known, boost the perfusion blood supply to the brain,increasing alertness. Simple math. Park your cars further away from the entrance.Take the stairs.Do it your way.Specifically for men, try go shopping with your wife or sisters or mother.Good exercise though. 4.Eat from a halal source.You never know what barakah can do to your body.
