Sharing from Banabas Seaton The Mark Of The Beast Since the mark of the beast will play such a major part in every ones salvation, I have decided to share what little knowledge I have on this subject and I would welcome hearing from others with some knowledge on this subject as well. Here are four identifying marks that every Christian should know about the beast in order to avoid receiving its mark. (1) The beast Number (2) The beast Name (3) The image of the beast (4) The mark of the beast Today I will cover two because the first has been given by the bible already. (1) His number is 666 Revelation 13:18. Here is wisdom. Let him that have understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man: and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. (2) His Name: VICARIUS = FILII = DEI Meaning Vicar of Christ or substitution of Christ on earth. This name also gives the beast number when you add numbers to the letter and count them. (in Roman, Latin) WOW! what manner of man would dare claim such authority as God on earth? 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshiped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God Will continue!!!
