Sharing my hear for federal case .... ethic groups want federal democracy government or federal government ? ..... Ethic groups want federal army or federal democracy army? ..... Its very simple and very easy dont look to any ethic groups dont look to any religion just go with by each citizenship freedom of human rights base will our country become to fully peaceful federal democracy country ..... Anybody cant say its fair or not fair is it the way to everyone of our citizenship....
