Shaykh al-Albaanees Saheeh al-Jaami` as-Sagheer (1/590): 3075. The Messenger (sallAllaahu `alayhi wa Sallam) said: There are three who call upon Allaah, the Mighty and Majestic, and He does not respond to them: A man under (whose authority) is a women of evil manners, and he does not divorce her. A man who is owed wealth by another man (i.e. a debt), but he did not (bring anyone to) witness over it (i.e. the loan). And a man who gave his wealth to a fool, and Allaah the Most High says, And do not give your wealth to the fools... (Surah Nisaa 4:5). SAHEEH: Al-Haakim, from Abu Moosaa (al-Asha`aree). Saheehah (1805), at-Taahaawee, Ibn Shaadhaan, Abu Nuaym, and ad-Daylamee. And in the pages prior to this, there are numerous ahaadeeth explaining those whose du`aa is answerd and they include: 1.
