She deserves jail. Alexander goes to Grays house after in court agreeing to not be in contact with one another. She went to his house after having a baby.....the baby was still at the hospital while she visited Gray. She shows him pictures of the baby on her phone......does this in front of Gray and his 2 sons. Excuses herself to use the bathroom. Gray confused if he is the father or another man.....then confronts her in front of the bathroom. Blocked her way when questioning her. No blows were thrown by either party. He returns to the kitchen where his sons are and sits with them....Alexander moves past both Gray and his 2 sons with no confrontation......free to roam and both the rear exit and front open for her to escape. She moves......not out the back door and not our the front door but to the garage where her vehicle is parked. Goes to her vehicle, withdraw a weapon from the glove box and walks back into the house. Walks into the kitchen where Gray and the 2 boys are; and Alexander points the gun at Gray. He raises his hands up in a position of defeat/I give up. Alexander then shoots for Grays head. Gray escapes the house with his 2 sons and calls 911. She was not defending anything. She could have gotten away anytime she wanted. She was in not danger at all. She deserves prison.
