She fell asleep so plans to extubate ( take off vent) where planned after lunch and I just stepped out think I had a half hour or so and one of the parents in the next room came and said hey the nurse just ran out saying I need help and all her alarms were going off and the room was full of doctors but said he thought she was ok now. So ran up calling nurse on phone and Marceline said there will be no lunch breaks for you and extubated herself and she was restrained. She sounds pretty junkie and pulled out the tube while it was still inflated so will have to watch next 24 hours to make sure she doesnt get any swelling from the trauma in her throat but shes awake and now resting quietly. If this works out kid I cant help but to giggle and say Go Marley but you scared your nana to death. This is not going to get you that Lollie any faster!
