She wont lose anything in a lawsuit because she likely has nothing to lose. Most of these types of jobs pay little more than minimum wage so now that shes out of a job shell qualify for a public defender. Shell plead guilty to a lessor charge, get 5 yrs probation and because of the conviction probably wont be able to find another job and end up on welfare. Right down the line the taxpayers will foot the bill....
