Tuanze na Annex 3( kipande cha tatu cha ripoti hiyo) Kinatoa maelezo haya kwenye kifungu cha kwanza “Ansaar Muslim Youth Centre (AMYC), ambayo ipo tanga Tanzania na inaongozwa na Sheikh Salim Barahiyan inahusika na kuwakusanya, kuwafundisha msimamo mkali, na kukusanya pesa kwaajili ya Al shabab. AMYC inatuma angalau mwanafunzi mmoja kwenda Somalia kwaajili ya kuwasaidia Al shabab na inasaidia katika kupatikana kwa wanamgambo wa Al shabab Tanzania. Katika kufanikisha hili AMYC inafanya mahusianao na mtandao wa kusafirisha madawa ya kulevya aliopoo Tanga� Kifungu cha pili nacho kinaendelea na maelezo haya “kama Muslim Youth Centre (MYC) iliyopo Kenya, na Ansaar Muslim Youth Centre (AMYC) inamahusiano na Sheikh Aboud Rogo Mohamed mwenye msimamo mkali (extremist) aliyopo Mombasa, Kenya ambaye anasema wazi kwamba anaiunga mkono al shabab na wakala wa mashambulio yanayo endele nchini Kenya. ilikuwa inafahamika kuwa Rogo alikuwa na uhusiano na kiongozi wa al qaeda na al shabab Fazul Abdullah Mohammed ambaye aliuliwa mwaka 2001 mjini mogadishu, Rogo amekamatwa mara nyingi nchini kenya kwa tuhuma za kuhusika na ugaidi lakini aliachiwa huru na mahakama kila mara.lakini mwaka huu 2012 amekamatwa tena kwa kukutwa na milipiko na siraha za moto na yupo katika zuio la polisi “ Kifungu cha tatu kinaonesha mahusiano kati ya AMYC (Tanzania) na Al shabab. “AYMC Ilianzishwa mwaka 1970 na ilifahamika kama Tanzanian Muslim Youth Union (UVIKITA), mwaka 1988 ilisajiliwa kwa jina la Ansaar Muslim Youth Centre (AMYC) Kulingana na katiba yake , lengo la taasisi hii ni kutangaza imani kupitia aqida ya kisalaf , katika kufanikisha malengo ya msingi, AYMC inataja lengo lake ni kuwatengeneza vijana wake waweze kulinda haki za binadamu. Mnamo tarehe 10 May 2003, serikali ya Tanzania ilimkamata ‘Abu Huzhaifa’ na kumzuia kwa siku tatu. Baadae alichukuliwa na kuzuiliwa na marekani kwa kumuhusisha na matukio ya kigaidi ambayo hayakubainishwa yaliyotokea Afghanistan “ Kifungu cha tisa � mwaka mmoja baade, tarehe 26 January 2004 Al- Haramayn Foundation ya Tanzania ilitajwa na umoja wa mataifa kuwa inamahusiano na al qaeda . umoja wa mataifa uliitaja Al-Haramayn Foundation kwamba ilihusika katika kupanga shambulio la tarehe 7 August 1998 la kulipua ubarozi wa marekani nchini Tanzania. Kiongozi mkuu wa MYC(Kenya) sheikh Abubakar Shariff anamawasiliano ya karibu na sheikh Salim Barahiyan kiongozi wa AMYC(Tanzania). Inasemwa pia kutokana na uhusiano huo ,mpiganaji mmoja wa MYC anayefahamika kwa jina la Ishaaq amerudi kutoka Somalia na amejifisha Tanga kuungana na wanachama wa AMYC. Ansar has recently grown more visible, in small towns, as well as in larger cities in Tanzania. A second potentially Islamist movement is Tablighi Jamaat. Its main aim is to improve the morality of Muslim society by improving behavior as Muslims. Instead of pointing a finger at the West or Christians for the current ills that have befallen society, adherents believe that they should start with themselves, calling for living by the rules of Shar’ia. So far these trends, Ansar and Tablighi, are largely ripples on the surface of theology and social life across the whole country.
