Sheila Funk Swofford asked, My daughter is in 9th grade this year, but is really stressed out by the amount of schoolwork she has. It seems like she is working 7 days a week and still not getting it all done. Shes fairly quick at homework, too. I just am doing all the subjects that I think they would do in public school, maybe one extra. Shes doing Tapestry of Grace (for language arts and history), with some extra creative writing that she wanted, plus Bible, Apologia Biology, Saxon Algebra 2, and Spanish 1. The worst part is the Saxon Algebra 2, its taking 2-3 hours just for math every day to finish a lesson. Any suggestions? If you do use Saxon, do you do every problem in the upper levels?
