Shelter Update--Work in progress The pictures show the kennel area before we had the electricity turned on and some may be a little dark. Kennel gates have deteriorated over time, the kennels are dark and damp, the ceiling and walls need painting and better lighting and quality ventilation. The lights,windows and kennel gates are ordered and the cement paint has arrived. The last picture is of the new door that was installed that will be used for our doggie guest to go in and out of the kennel area for outside time instead going through the lobby area or the utility room. Much easier, healthier and cleaner for the shelter. I will update with photos as work progresses. They are finishing up the installation of the new energy efficient furnace and air and the ventilation system this week.
