Sherman Cup/Davison Shield. This is a scratch race event, the only one in the season where you all start together, no packs, no handicaps. So make sure youre on the starting line when your race is called. Registration tent will be near the finish, you dont need to visit us if you have your number. REMEMBER to bring it with you, its the one you use for the harrier league. This is a team competition, and the only one in the series where the vets and seniors have their own teams. That is: 6 senior men per team 6 vet men per team (over 40s) 4 senior women per team 4 vet women per team (over 35s) All the juniors are 3 per team There are medals for the top three runners in each race, with the fastest seniors and the fastest vets having their own medals. There are also medals for the best 3 overall teams: closing teams in all categories: U13, U15, U17 (U17&20 women), senior, vets, with the winners of the mens races winning the Sherman Cup, and the winners of the womens races winning the Davison Shield.
