While enquiring why my case has been listed (WP No 21313 of 2013 HC AP) in ONWARD LIST and not found in the daily cause list I was informed by the Deputy Registrar ( Judicial) that there are 5 Lacs pending cases in that HC of AP and the cases are posted as per the orders of the Honble Judge. While asked how the order to list the cases in the daily cause list for next one week in advance is recd by the office of the Registrar ( Judicial) and whether it is in black and white I was told All orders by the Judge is given VERBALLY and acted upon in good faith. One look at my case filed on 16/7 regd on 18/7 transferred to another Judge being wrongly posted at the initial stage.Then heard on 8/8 , two weeks time was given to GP Home AP govt to file counter. It was listed in the daily cause list at court No 5 on 12 & 18 Sep at serial No 94 & 95 not came up for hearing. Listed in ONWRD listed on 11 Oct & 21 Oct not taken up. And then another round of change of Judge and then transferred to court no 10 . The writ was listed at serial No 104 on 29 Oct and again not heard. The honble judge could reach only serial No 55 on that day. All those listing at serial no 94,95,ONWARD, 104 are as per Deputy Registrar were done as per VERBAL orders of the honble Judges. And there is no record held as to how pending /interlocutory cases were listed from serial numbers 1 to say serial No 208 at times besides listed in the ONWARD list. I am told by my advocate there is no such fancy word DETERMINING FACTORS in vogue in this part of the world where court slips are issued again on VERBAL orders of the Judge signed only by the court officer countersigned by Deputy Registrar to modify daily cause list for the very very very lucky petitioner initiated by his smart advocate. Again the order to effect and modify seriality of the daily cause list is done on VERBAL ORDERS from the HON-BLE LORDSHIP. Now can the court officers/ Registrars /Dy Registrars be ordered by the same Supreme Court Bench not to act on VERBAL ORDERS but to get orders from the LORDSHIPs in black & white..or those are different species in our BANANA REPUBLIC?
