Shirdi Sai Baba Temple Society popularly known as Sai Dham, is one of the largest non-profits eminent NGO working in the primary education sector since 2004carrying on feed and educate needy children program. With dedication and determination, Sai Dham carried out interventions in the slums of Faridabad and commenced providing quality and absolutely free education to the poor children with food, clothing, study material an health care with over 40% girls through twenty smart classes with interactive board, projectors and laptops and computer coaching from class II in ‘State-of- the-Art’ Labs with syllabus, certification and faculty from NIIT Foundation. Today Sai Dham, the mother organization has also spread its wings to village Niswara in Backward Dist Mahoba (Bundelkhand –UP) and Ghazipur slums, New Delhi for providing free and quality education to poor rural and slum children over there. Education Initiative looks after strategy, planning, and implementation of providing quality education. while its network created locally by a mix of former administrators, businessmen and inspired individuals are creating social developments to bring about lasting and large-scale change by using the unique system of providing education at par with best schools in the NCR and motivating poor parents to let their children study instead of making them do odd jobs to supplement family’s-income. Sai Dham is also providing certified vocational training with empowerment to poor girls and boys in tailoring on industrial sewing machines, beautician, transport management, welding, electrical, plumbing, electronics, garment designing and nursery teachers training. Health care since 1988 to more than 1500 patients daily through 18 dispensaries. Mass marriages since 2007 of about 100 poor girls with elegant arrangements, four times in a year without any charge to their parents. Couples are given numerous items as gift sufficient to set up a new house. Shaba Azmi, renowned actress and activist from Mumbai along with Namrat Goel of Jet Airways paid a gracious visit to Sai Dham on 12th March 2014 and lauded the services being rendered to the poor by the NGO,
