Shiroishi cycling road, Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan. July 2013. Summer is mild in Hokkaido, average at 20°c making cycling very pleasant. The cycling route linking Sapporo and Kitahiroshima is about 20km long. Only bicycles and people are alowed. The path is well maintained with excellent signage, many rest areas and toilets along the way. There are interesting sights along the route, half of the way is in residential area and the rest is in the forest.
