The whole process at Council lasted THREE minutes and TWENTY TWO seconds, with no questions or comments from Council or the Public. Had we known of course, there would have been many questions and push back. We do not allow commercial encroachment inside our subdivision boundaries, a fact challenged all the way to the Supreme Court of Texas, where we prevailed in Sharpstown Civic V. Pickett.
