#Shivsena #Yuvasena #Sena #AadityaThackeray #Thackeray #NCP #Maharashtra #College #Cellphones Just read a proposal by an NCP youth wing person, and now accepted by the Mr. Rajesh Tope (NCP Minister for Higher and Technical Education) to Ban cell phones on college campuses across Maharashtra to curb cyber crime! I believe the proposal is ridiculous as: 1) It views all students as criminals, which is wrong 2) Curbing crime is the responsibility of the Law Enforcement Agencies and they have better ways to curb it. 3) Cell phone is the basic method of communication with family for students, teachers and non teaching staff 4) The state cannot ban communication! I will write to the Chief Minister on this, however, it is the same Congress NCP that has curbed the number of SMSes to 200 and I am fighting the case in the Supreme Court. The Yuva Sena will fight this bizarre proposal and for the rights of the students! Please share this message to build the pressure on the Govt to reject this proposal!
