Sholay is called the biggest blockbuster ever in indian history. each character & every dialogue is memorable but the story behind Sholay is more interesting. sholay was realeased on 15 aug 1975 in mumbai. it was flop in satrting 2 weeks. every critics gave negative review about the film & even called it dead amber. some top critics gave it zero star. salim javed was upset and wanted to change some scene reshooting the film. But 3rd week became lucky for them. by mouth publicity it became night sensation. demand increased day by day. finally 11 ict 1975 it was released all over india. sholay became craze day by day & ppl waited mNy days to get tickets. it collected 15 cr in that year and total 250 cr till date. it is only film that celebrate 1 platinum jubilee, 60 golden jubilee & 100 silver jubilee. in minerva talkies mumbai it ran 5 yrs. critics re creat their review and gave it 5 out of 5. now its the greatest hits of all time. soon it is releasin in 3-d and all are sure abt suceez of film.
