Short Film Festival: Description: A short film festival is a competition for young and enthusiastic movie makers. A small try to give a ray of appreciation to the movie makers, who want see themselves as movie makers. Also a wonderful event for the movie lovers,where they can watch short films belonging to different genres. To boost up this young stars of tomorrow we have also included some guest lectures by celebrities which would inspire them to travel in this direction. Event type: Non technical Rounds: Two rounds. ROUND 1: 1. This is a screening round. The total count of the short films will be presented before a panel of judges..They Will choose Top 10 shortfilms and forward it to the next round. ROUND 2: 2. This is the final round. Movies selected would be presented to the chief guest (main celebrity). He will select top 3 films,.Based on the prize money we will add best actor,director and actress. PRIZE MONEY AND REWARDS: Prize money is worth 10,000rs Merit certificate for the films that get selected for the final round. SHORT FILM SPECIFICATIONS: Running time(excluding credits): Maximum of 25min Languages: English,Hindi,Telugu. Subtitles: May or may not include. Camera specifications: It should be watchable. Can picturize with any camera,even with a phone. Genres of film: Documentry, Inspirational, Message oriented,Drama,Comedy,Love,Romantic,Patriotic,Action. RULES AND REGULATIONS: • Vulgar scenes are strictly prohibited. Use of unparliamentary words should be according to the demand of the characters and situation of the scene in the film. Anyhow beeping the words is more appreciated. • Quarrelling with other participants and event heads will not be entertained. If they do so they will be disqualify.
