Short analogy lesson on #ConsciousValidation So, our mind is - TopicsExpress

Short analogy lesson on #ConsciousValidation So, our mind is not us. It has a listener component (Observer Consciousness) and a chatty component (External mind). The way we make adjustments to our thought-belief matrix is by validating or dismissing thoughts as the speed past us, if we get the chance (we are often too busy to even engage this process). So, lets imagine it was slowed down to a crawl. It would look like this: A thought comes through your mind, just like a phone call comes to your cell phone. 1) You hear the ring (you receive the vibration pattern from the thought) 2) You look down to see who it is (your mind translates the vibration into useful information with an identity in English, like Im hungry) 3) You have an opportunity (this is the part I want EVERYONE TO REALIZE) to answer the call or to DISMISS THE CALL. 4) you take the opportunity and follow through with either having dismissed the call, or having a short validating conversation. That is Conscious Validation. Now think of the people who call you. What happens if you NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE? They. Stop. Calling. Same is true with our thoughts. Thats how we rid our matrix of unnecessary negativity. That is how we slowly change the world. Please share this. Coffee For Consciousness 101 comes out in March.
