You shouldnt have to be in the gym for hours! Once those muscles are pumped and fatigued you are done! This chick is a machine! My little pocket rocket Legs went a little like this: 1a)Leg extension drop set 8,8,8 1b)Hamstring curl 12 1c)Walking lunges holding 10kg weight plate 24 1d)Squats holding 10kg weight plate 20 Repeat 3 times Pyramid Leg press Set 1: 10 reps Set 2: 12 reps Set 3: 15 reps Set 4: 12 reps Set 5: 10 reps Finished with deadlifts 10 x 4 sets Total time: 40 mins.
