Shortly after 2 am BHFD pagers activated for a reported smoke in the building at a residence on feildwood Dr. Car 2031 (Bueti) marked on location first and assumed command. At the same time Car 2033 (Nickson), Eng 199 and Eng 198 were responding. After a quick size up Chief Bueti determined there was a fire in the kitchen and notified incoming units. All companies were put to work and extinguished the fire quickly preventing extension and limiting damage to the house. Great work as always done by all BHFD members on scene!
