Work with a talented team of professionals supervising delivery of quality services for guests to ensure their experience is exemplary and memorable. The successful candidates for Lead Therapist will have gradutated from an accredited program with 500hrs or more of massage therapy hours. Must have 3-5 years Massage The-saviorrapy and Body Treatment experience within a spa setting. Knowledge of advanced modalities such as Acupressure, Thai, and other Asian massage styles preferred. Strong back ground in service related work. Able to work with a multicultural staff. Strong leadership skills and the ablilty to work independently. The Jiivana Spa and Samudra Yoga Pavilion are open air facilities located on the beautiful beachfront of Tumon Bay Preserve. The resort serves a multicultural clientele of Asian, Russian, Micronesian, and U.S. origin. Our compensation and benefit program includes: Complimentary housing at the resort (Fully furnished room including cable TV and internet). Complimentary Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, complimentary use of all resort recreational, entertainment, water park and beach facilities, paid relocation airfare to and from Guam upon completion of one year contract, hourly and commission based pay, health Insurance, discounts in our gift shop, the opportunity to work in the finest resort in the Pacific. Note: The Spa is open 7 days per week, as well as holidays, and therapists must work various shifts as scheduled.
