Should have stopped this 42 years ago. John Kerry has never portrayed himself as anything other than a "multinational" individual. For the stupid (his fellow Senators) that means he is not loyal to any power other than the UN (or similar organizations). Now is the time to put every politician (WH down) to place their loyalty to either with the UN or the US. If they choose the UN it is time for that politician to be removed from office. For the Senate to ratify this treaty is called treason, period. If they (the politician) allow the suspension of the Second Amendment the other nine are at hazard. I know that some of you do not care for the Second Amendment as being relevant but please think about this question; why was it important for the framers to pass all ten amendments at the same time and date?
