Should we focus on building sustainable infrastructure & then systems to run it ? or keep on preaching people to do everything on their own. Cleanliness or being a sports nation cannot come on its own,first create an infrastructure and flawless systems then see the difference.Getting carried away with jingoism will not help this country.I believe Metro rail is the best example where sustainable infrastructure and flawless systems has rated it as one of the best projects in the world so current govt. must focus on building many more such projects in next 10 years.
