To ensure that there is not a breach of the peace during the course of a lawful activity of Enforcement of judgement officers, Inspector Andrew S Campbell, We would like to bring it to your attention we at the Common law Northern Ireland Think Tank believe these orders are unlawful and would like to know why you believe they are lawful, any orders we have seen have not been signed and validated by any judge which we believe must happen for the order to be valid. Are you aware of this? Any officer involved in helping enforce an illegal document will they be disciplined? What training is given to your officers to allow them to establish if the Enforcement of Judgement Officer is acting lawfully? Does the officer attending at the Enforcement officers request wear body Armour/bullet proof vest and do they carry a gun, pepper spray & baton? Can you see how intimidating this for someone who is facing being made homeless?
