Shoulder Day :) Today I did: Smith Machine shoulder press 4 sets 12,10,8,8 One arm dumbbell raises 3 sets of 10 each arm Dumbbell front raises 3 sets of 10 Bench oblique crunches One arm cable rear delt flies 3 sets of 10 each arm Barbell upright rows 3 sets of 10 Lateral raise machine 3 sets of 10 Rear delt machine 3 sets of 8 Finished with L-Hang knee raises And 20 minutes of intervals on treadmill with a 3.5 incline, 1 minute walk at 2.8 and 1 minute sprint at 8.5 :)
