Shéa, Lauralynn - since dragon dude has not left me alone, and wants a series, Im dragging you into the brainstorming. (By all means, anyone else can throw their two cents in too.) Since hes adamantly bugging me to at least think about him on a daily basis, I browsed and made a list of mythical fantasy humanoid creatures - did I miss any somewhat well-known ones? Dragon Dude (duh), Vampires, Weres (of all kinds), Mer People, Angels, Incubus/Succubus, Djinn, Faeries/Elves/Sidhe/Seelie/Unseelie, Berserker/Valkyrie, Gargoyle, Kelpie/Selkie, Zombies, Elementals, Sasquatch/Yeti, Familiars (shifting) Theres hundreds more, I know, but Im aiming for ones that arent obscure... worldwide legends, myths, and creatures. (and yes, I know some of those things are not really related and/or the same thing, but they will be in my world... berserkers are the males, valkyrie are the females of a species) Soooo, am I overlooking anything? anyone, anyone, bueller... (See, dragon dude, working... now go away, I have others to worry about too.) oh what the heck, might as well tag people... Mary, Jae, Linda, Eryn, Natasza, Angela, Lori, Fiona, Lizzy.... my mind just went blank - thats what happens when you dont get enough sleep... feel free to pull anyone into this pile... :)
