SiL 30 Day Challenge Day14 Report - Dave Trainer Fitness - Back in the saddle! Workout 14/30 was Hot Yoga (60mins) followed by 30mins of weights! Definitely needed a big session after Monday miss out! Nutrition - Super Smoothie for brekkie, Protein Shake after training, Fresh Juice and Tuna Salad for lunch. Then dinner was scrummo time. Big Salad with Cos Lettuce, Avocado, Tomato, Poached Chicken (in ginger, garlic, lemon, soy), with boiled eggs and steam beans! Water - Big drinking day.... 4litres.... now at 42 litres out of 100 target Mantra - What you think is truly the result of what will happen!
