I was sent a message to watch the beginning of Scandal, where Kerry Washingtons character was going back and forth between her two white costars, or rather they were going back and forth WITH her. Congratulations Black Woman, these are images that WE are putting out there, and some of them we are ACTUALLY proud of. But some of yall have an issue with a Father putting his ten year old daughter on blast for lying about her age and acting to grown. Yeah ok. Instead of condemning HIM for humiliating his daughter, we should be upset with all the grown behind Black Woman that are MUCH older, that willingly play themselves everyday, and unfortunately little girls look up to them as role models. We have our priorities misplaced. Our daughters are watching us. Young Black Women are watching us. The WORLD is watching us, and all we are showing everybody is that we are a bunch of unaccountable, irresponsible, manipulative, promiscuous THOTS. But in typical fashion, you will be upset with me for SAYING it, but not with the women that are actually doing these things. And please dont tell me how the actions of some Black women dont represent the actions of all, because while that might be true, there are more thots/reality stars/baby mamas/whorish roles for Black Women that are given attention and are even paid for it, than those that dont engage in that behavior. So while we have been pushing the all black men are dogs agenda for years, we must now deal with the all Black Women are promiscuous(and add in the rest of our destructive behavior)and just like we had our proof aka our experiences with Black Men to verify our claims, even though for quite some time, we were just trading horror stories with our girlfriends, there is both viral and recorded evidence of OUR behavior.
